What is ListTrac?

ListTrac is a tool that allows SmartMLS brokers and agents to measure the online performance of their listings across MLS platforms and downstream sites and portals. It gives a comprehensive, real-time view of how listings are being viewed, where they are generating the highest number of leads and much more.

The ListTrac Dashboard is comprised of a handful of graphs/charts that provide valuable insight into the following metrics:

• Views- the total number of times your listings were viewed in a detailed report, broken down by MLS system (Connect, Matrix), consumer portals (Realtor.com, Homes.com) and IDX (broker and agent sites).
• Inquiries- tracks the number of times potential buyers are requesting additional information on your listings.
• Visitors- tracks how your listing views are trending over time, broken down by site.
• Performance- displays the number of views for your 10 most popular listings. Additional analytics can be accessed by clicking the listing's address.
• Markets- a heat map that identifes the location (by zip code) of consumers who have viewed your listings.
• Saved Listings- shows the number of times your listings were saved as favorites on different websites.
• Shares- shows the total number of times your listings are being shared on social media or emailed on different sites.
• Active Reports- displays the number of times your listings have been viewed, broken down by individual MLS report types. 

Each section of the Dashboard operates independently and can be customized by time frame. There is also a Chart-List/Export button in the upper right corner of most sections that switches the view from a chart to a list, allowing you to get a more granular view of the data. It also provides the ability to export the data to a .csv file (saved to the downloads folder of your web browser).

Note: there is a drop-down menu in the upper left of each section that allows you to switch the time frame. The default is 30 days, but you can switch it to either 7 days or a custom time frame of your choosing.

Additionally, there may be more than one page of results when viewing the list, so make sure to look in the bottom right for additional pages (highlighted in orange in the image above).
