ListTrac's Seller Report lets you provide your client a simple yet comprehensive visual representation of the reach of their listing. It displays the number of views and shares over the previous 10 days, as well as the top 10 websites and top 10 cities (based on number of views). There is also a View More Stats for Your Listing button at the bottom of the report that provides access to even more granular property insights:
You can even configure the report so it is automatically sent to the seller on a schedule of your choosing.
From the ListTrac Dashboard, click the My Listings option in the left column:
This displays a list of your currently on-market listings. There are several colored buttons that link to additional features:
Delivery Options allows you to receive activity reports for your active listings:
View Analytics provides a more detailed dive into the listing's activity (it is essentially the same information that appears when you click the Listing Stats option from the main menu):
Click Schedule Delivery of Seller Report to configure the report to automatically be delivered to your seller on a recurring schedule:
The View/Share Seller Report button generates the report so you can either copy its link (to paste into an email or text) or save a PDF version of the report (it is automatically saved in your browser's downloads folder):
There is also an Options button in the bottom left that lets you configure the report with your personal information (including your photo and office logo):
The Seller Report is a great way to keep your seller in the loop regarding their listing's online reach and activity.
